What is Arsee App?
Arsee App is an application for iPhone and iPad that allows you to create 3D models using LiDAR scanning or photos. You can upload your 3D models to the cloud and share them via QR codes.
How do I create a 3D model?
Open the app. Choose a method to create your model: LiDAR scanning or photo upload. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Save the model, and it will be available in your account.
How does the QR code work?
When you create a 3D model, the app automatically generates a QR code. This code can be scanned from any device to view the model in Augmented Reality (AR) or download it.
Where are my 3D models stored?
Your 3D models are stored in the Arsee App cloud. You can access them through the app or via the QR code.
Is it safe to store my data in the app?
Yes! We encrypt your data and store it on secure servers. Your personal data and 3D models are only accessible to you and those you share the QR code with.
Is the app free?
Arsee App is free to download. However, some features, such as extended model storage, may require a subscription.
How can I share my 3D model?
After creating a model, you’ll receive a QR code. Share it as you like, and anyone scanning the code will be able to view the model in AR or download it.
My scanning feature isn’t working. What should I do?
Make sure your device has a LiDAR scanner. This feature is available on specific iPhone and iPad models. Check if the app has permission to use your camera. If the problem persists, contact us at revazovroman@gmail.com.
Can I edit 3D models in the app?
Currently, editing models within the app is not supported. You can export your model and edit it in external 3D editors.
What happens if I lose my QR code?
You can always find your QR codes and models in your Arsee App account. Just log in and go to the section containing your models.
Does the app work offline?
An internet connection is required to create models and save them in the cloud. However, saved models can be viewed offline.
